Value Investing as a Trading Strategy

Value investing is a strategy that selects stocks that trade for less than their intrinsic value. Value investors screen and analyze stocks that they believe are undervalued. These investors generally look for stocks with lower than industry average P/E ratios and/or lower P/B ratios.
